  Doctors are knowledgeable, the staff/person that answers the phone is very rude, does not have the will to help. To make an appointment you must call more than once, because again they will not help, and do not try to call them to get your records they will not help either. Glad to not have to see these people again. Only giving two start because only doctors are good, too bad you have to go through rude people to actually see the doctor(s).
